The development department has a complete set of trial run experimental manufacturing equipment to develop high-performance filter materials for air conditioning systems. Based on lots of experimental databases, development department is able to design various type of high-quality filtration products to meet customer needs and requirements.
As well as various type of functional filters have been developed according to the specification customer requested such as materials and filters for anti-allergies, anti-virus and vitamins solution.
SXI's activated carbon filter shows high adsorption capability on formaldehyde, toluene and n-butane gases.
The weight of most widely used activated carbon filter is 100-300g/㎡.
To meet customer's needs and requirements, SXI has been equipped with many kinds of testing facilities to validate material and filter performance, weather resistance reliability, mechanical reliability, flame-retardant and odor.
The laboratory runs a filter tester, filter test bench, constant temperature and humidity chamber, drying oven, tensile strength measuring instrument, horizontal flame-retardant tester, 40 ° combustion tester, water pressure gauge, Gurley softness meter, gas permeability meter, thickness gauges, balances and gas adsorption test chamber.
